Workfast are looking for experienced Final Trim Excavator Operator GPS experience to work on a Transgrid project.

The Transgrid Project is contract work with full-time hours with plenty of ongoing work. The Excavator Operator must have Final Trim Experience and GPS experience is also needed, the Operator also must have the relevant tickets and VOC Certificates.

The Civil Excavator Operator will be working on a large Government Project, with weekend work also available. Night shifts may become available at a later date. This job is great opportunity to join a great company and move forward with your career with a Large Civil company.

Highlights:

Well above award rate $44.00 per hour

Loads of overtime available

Travel allowance - $21 per day

Meal allowance - $18 per day after 9.5 Hours

Requirements:

Excavator Licence

Final Trim and GPS experience

Experience in a Tier one Company

White Card

Own, reliable transport

An ability to work independently and at times guide others

Good communication skills

An attention to detail

A mature approach to the workplace, an ability to complete tasks and adapt to change within a fast paced environment

A focus on Zero Harm and following safe systems of work

Responsibilities:

Excavator Operation

Working around other machine equipment

Civil Construction Assignments

Able to use Civil tools

Completion of daily paperwork and Safety checks

Working in a team
