We’re now seeking a passionate Sales Specialist to guide homeowners through their journey from first enquiry to dream home.
About the Role
As a Sales Specialist, you’ll be the friendly voice that helps everyday Australians understand how Modpacs can turn their plans into reality — sooner.
You’ll respond to warm inbound leads, walk clients through our pricing and design options, and help them choose the right modular solution for their lifestyle and budget.
You’ll work closely with our marketing and design teams, using HubSpot CRM to track engagement, nurture leads, and make the buying experience simple and enjoyable for every customer.
Key Responsibilities
Engage and qualify new homeowner leads generated from digital campaigns and social media
Build strong relationships through phone, email, and video consultations
Provide tailored advice on modular home options, pricing, and timelines
Guide clients from initial enquiry through to project readiness
Manage your sales pipeline in HubSpot CRM, ensuring prompt follow-up and great communication
Support marketing and PR initiatives that showcase our projects and success stories
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client handover to design and construction
About You
You’re personable, proactive, and genuinely enjoy helping people achieve their home goals. You combine sales confidence with empathy and clear communication.
You’ll bring:
✔️ Experience in home sales, construction, or property (builder display homes, project homes, or similar roles)
✔️ Great listening and communication skills
✔️ Strong customer focus and attention to detail
✔️ Confidence using HubSpot or other CRM platforms
✔️ A collaborative attitude and willingness to learn
✔️ Interest in modular or sustainable housing a bonus!
