Are you highly organised, computer savvy, and ready to play a key role in the smooth delivery of concrete projects? We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Scheduler to join our team in a full-time, office-based role.

About the Role
As our Concrete Scheduler, you’ll be the central point of coordination for concrete-related activities across multiple projects. You’ll work closely with site teams, suppliers, and engineers to ensure everything runs on time and to spec.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and interpret construction plans and drawings
• Print and mark up plans for site teams
• Coordinate and schedule concrete pours, steel deliveries, and inspections
• Place orders for steel and concrete
• Liaise with suppliers, engineers, and site supervisors via phone and email
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Use scheduling and project management software to track progress and updates

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in construction or concreting (preferred but not essential)
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Comfortable using computers and digital tools (Excel, scheduling software, etc.)
• Ability to read and understand construction plans
• A proactive mindset and willingness to learn
