As Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day oversight of delivery, working closely with high-level stakeholders, overseeing program schedules, program inter-dependencies, resources, and budgets, carrying out the Remedial Action Plan, and ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals and compliance obligations.

Ideal candidate should have experience in Project Management, analytical and problem solving abilities, with the capacity to make well informed decisions in a high pressured environment.

• Responsible for ensuring the projects objectives are achieved within the established timeframe and budget constraints.
• Support operational and technology needs across Financial Crime regulatory obligations and related line 2 assurance from Financial Crime Compliance.
• Manage project progress, identify, and mitigate risks/issues
• Establish and maintain effective project performance and robust governance
• Address impediments, drive decisions and resolve escalations.
• Drive consistency of performance across delivery teams.
• Deliver outcomes safely by considering and mitigating material risk and obligation factors that could arise.
• Identify and share lessons learnt, promoting an environment of continuous improvement.
• Lead and mentor a cross functional delivery team. Fostering a culture of compliance and excellence.

Must have:

• Financial Services Domain: Strong, proven experience (7+ years preferred) working as a Project Manager within the Banking, Finance, Superannuation, or Insurance sectors is essential.
• Project Methodology: Proficiency in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication skills and proven ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Financial Acumen: Strong capability in project financial management (CAPEX/OPEX tracking, forecasting).
