Duties and responsibilities include:

• Manage end-to-end claims across commercial portfolio and motor portfolios
• Provide expert guidance to clients throughout the claims process, ensuring clear and timely communication
• Assess and process claims in line with company policies and insurer guidelines
• Negotiate settlements with insurers to achieve the best possible results for clients
• Maintain accurate records and documentation to ensure compliance and reporting standards are met
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve timely and effective claims resolution

We are looking for someone with:

• Previous experience in claims management, particularly in commercial motor and property claims
• Excellent communication and client relationship-building skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with great attention to detail
• Proven negotiation skills with the ability to handle complex claims scenarios
• A proactive approach with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple claims efficiently
