We're hiring across two key areas to join our Fleet teams, these roles will be based in our Head Office on Collins Street, Melbourne CBD.
Lodgements Consultants
Be the welcoming first point of contact for drivers and clients. You'll kick off the claims journey with empathy and efficiency, ensuring every claim starts on the right foot. Your role sets the tone for a seamless experience.
Claims Consultants – Settlements & Recoveries
Take the lead in assessing liability, negotiating settlements and recoveries, and keeping all parties informed with clear, confident communication. You'll balance legislative and contractual requirements while delivering top-tier service and outcomes.
Permanent and 12-month fixed term opportunities available.
What You'll Be Doing
Lodging and/or managing motor claims from start to finish with empathy and professionalism
Providing clear, confident communication and keeping customers informed
Reviewing coverage, liability, and recovery opportunities
Handling complaints and sensitive conversations with care
Keeping systems updated and meeting service targets
Investigating third parties and chasing recoveries to reduce claim costs
What We're Looking For
Lodgements Consultants: No motor claims experience required - just a strong interest in the industry, excellent attention to detail, and proven customer service skills
Claims Consultants: 1–2+ years' experience in recoveries or settlements within motor claims, insurance, or related fields such as finance, legal services, collections, banking, risk assessment, and/or customer disputes.
Confident communicator who handles sensitive conversations with empathy
Organised, proactive, and calm under pressure
Comfortable using digital tools, systems, and MS Office
Bonus points for knowledge of motor claims, recoveries, or insurance legislation
Candidates must have full Australian work rights; those currently holding temporary Visas are not considered, sponsorship is not available.
