Due to our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Pool Service Manager to join our team at The Pool Service Company.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing a team of 7-8 staff.

Routine maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of swimming pool equipment including pumps, filters, chlorinators and pool cleaners

Sales and installation of new equipment

Quote generation and follow up

Have a passion to learn and grow their knowledge.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Prior experience in the swimming pool industry is paramount, whether as a senior technician or in a service management capacity. A strong practical knowledge of the pool industry is essential.

Exceptional Communication and Organisational Skills are essential for successful leadership and team management.

Demonstrated team leadership capabilities,including the ability to work in a team environment, coordinate, and maintain the existing team structure and the training of incoming staff.

Collaboration with fellow team members and managers is key to ensuring streamlined communication and effective coordination across all aspects of pool service maintenance departments.
