We're partnering with a leading national aged care provider with multiple residential homes across QLD, NSW, SA and VIC. With a shared purpose to enrich the lives of older Australians, over 13,000+ employees deliver resident-focused care every day - and now, we're looking for a strong, values-driven leader to take the reins at our Mount Clear home.

As Residential Aged Care Manager (Head of Home), you will report directly to the Regional Manager and lead a committed team in delivering exceptional care, a warm home environment, and a positive workforce culture. This is a pivotal leadership role with the opportunity to truly make an impact on residents, families and your team.

What you'll be responsible for:

✔ Leading and inspiring a dedicated care team
✔ Ensuring operational efficiency and compliance
✔ Driving revenue outcomes and business performance
✔ Championing a culture of resident-centred care
✔ Building strong community relationships
✔ Creating a supportive, safe and engaging environment for residents and staff

What you'll bring:

✅ Minimum 5 years' experience in a management or senior leadership role
✅ Strong commercial acumen and proven operational leadership
✅ Background in aged care, healthcare, or medical services
✅ Ability to navigate multiple systems and drive continuous improvement
✅ A genuine passion for enriching the lives of older people
✅ A collaborative, empowering leadership style
