Salary:
A competitive salary of A$100,000–120,000 per annum plus super, reflecting experience and qualifications, and PBI tax-free fringe benefits!!

Reporting to the Manager, What You’ll Do:

Producing monthly management reports, including grant reporting

Presenting financials at board meetings

Preparing acquittal reports for funding bodies

Supervising and mentoring team members, including junior accountants and bookkeepers

Managing payroll, accounts receivable/payable, and reconciliations

Preparing client budgets and providing business advice

Lodging IAS/BAS and STP

Maintaining strong client relationships and responding promptly to enquiries

Liaising with external parties such as auditors, funding bodies, suppliers, and bankers

Contributing to the ongoing growth and success of the organisation

What You Bring:

• 7–10 years’ accounting experience
• CA/CPA qualified (or equivalent)
• Demonstrated experience in the not-for-profit sector, managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
• Strong knowledge of grant reporting and compliance
• Proficiency in QBO, Reckon, MYOB, or Xero
• Excellent communication, client service, and leadership skills
• Positive, proactive, and collaborative approach
