Pharmacist / PIC / Pharmacy Manager – Rural & Remote Roles (Above Award + Relocation Assistance)

We are currently partnering with a group of well-established, community-focused pharmacies across rural and remote Australia to recruit Pharmacists, Pharmacists in Charge (PICs), and Pharmacy Managers. About the Roles:

We are working closely with pharmacy owners across Queensland and other states to fill multiple positions. Each pharmacy offers a unique environment, and we aim to match the right candidate to the right opportunity based on your goals, skills and preferred location.

Positions available: Pharmacist, PIC, Pharmacy Manager
Locations: Various rural and remote towns (QLD and interstate)
Employment type: Full-time or part-time
Working hours: Flexible – based on your availability
Relocation support: Yes – financial and logistical assistance provided
Salary: Competitive above-award packages with optional accommodation

Key Responsibilities (may include)

• Dispensing and checking prescriptions using FRED or other dispensary systems
• Managing dispensary operations including inventory, ordering and team leadership
• Consulting with patients on medications, health advice and lifestyle support
• Delivering 7CPA professional services and flu vaccinations
• Assisting the front-of-shop team with customer health queries
• Building trusted relationships with local communities

What You’ll Bring

• Current AHPRA registration as a pharmacist (unrestricted)
• Bachelor or Masters in Pharmacy (desirable)
• Vaccination accreditation (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong communication and people skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent attention to detail and time management
• A genuine commitment to community health
