Job Description:

As the Experienced Pharmacy assistant/ Retail Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the store, working closely with the Pharmacist Manager. You’ll be responsible for leading a high-performing retail team and ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities:

Delivering exceptional customer service and managing customer queries

Leading, training, and mentoring the retail team

Overseeing rostering and performance management

Ensuring high standards of stock presentation, inventory accuracy, and merchandising

Identifying and addressing stock discrepancies or operational issues

Driving a positive, inclusive, and collaborative team culture

Skills and Attributes:

Proven Pharmacy retail management experience

Strong leadership and team-building capabilities

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage staffing issues and underperformance with professionalism

Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

Tech-savvy and confident using retail software systems

Passionate about health, beauty, and customer care

We are currently seeking a full-time candidate; however, experienced part-time applicants will also be considered for this position.
