Cotton Tree Discount Pharmacy is seeking a passionate and experienced Pharmacist Manager to join our close-knit team. The ideal start date is January 2026 with flexibility to start earlier.

Key responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day pharmacy operations, ensuring the highest standards of service and care.

Supervise and lead the dispensary team to maintain a smooth workflow.

Ensure compliance with all pharmacy regulations and professional standards.

Build and maintain strong relationships with the local community and tourists.

What we’re looking for:

A customer-focused attitude with a friendly and approachable demeanour.

Experience as a Pharmacist Manager (preferred but not required).

Experience in Z Dispense, Office & POS systems (preferred but not required).

Vaccination accreditation

Strong leadership skills and a passion for mentoring and supporting your team.
