Supervisor or Leading Hand role for Precast yard in Rockhampton

*Lead, supervise and motivate a team of labourers to meet daily production targets for various projects including the Rockhampton Ring Road Project

*Conduct daily toolbox and pre-start meetings to communicate priorities and safety messages

*Coordinate production activities in line with project schedules and quality standards

*Oversee mould preparation, reinforcement placement, stressing, concrete pouring, steam curing, destressing and demoulding processes

*Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations and site policies

*Communicate effectively with the Production Manager and other management staff, to resolve issues

*Liase with transport personnel for product load outs

*Conduct inspections to ensure finished products meet required specifications

*Oversee general housekeeping and site cleanliness to maintain a safe and organised work environment

*Read and interpret both design and production drawings and mould layouts

*Train and mentor production workers (including those new to the industry) on safety, procedures and standards
