The Opportunity
We’re seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor / Estimator to join our Townsville team.
This dual role oversees insurance repair projects from assessment through to completion — managing estimates, site operations, and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct site inspections and prepare detailed insurance repair estimates

Coordinate trades and oversee multiple projects across the Townsville region

Maintain site safety, quality, and compliance to LBS standards

Communicate effectively with clients, assessors, and insurers

Manage variations, budgets, and scheduling through job management systems

What You’ll Bring

Minimum 2 years’ experience in insurance repair construction (essential)

Strong understanding of insurance scopes, estimating, and assessment processes

Trade background or builder’s licence preferred

White Card and current driver’s licence required

Confident communicator with strong organisational skills

Experience using digital estimating and project systems (e.g. Buildertrend, SimPRO, etc.)
