Your New Role
We are seeking a skilled Developer Programmer to join our team. This full-time role offers a competitive salary of AUD $85,000 – $95,000 plus superannuation[DB1] . You will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software applications in accordance with user requirements and technical specifications. This role is based at our Dandenong Office in Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-grade full-stack software applications [DB2][DB3] that enhance customer experience and support operational efficiency.
• Interpret technical specifications, system designs, and flow charts to develop scalable and maintainable solutions.
• Write, test, and maintain program code in accordance with system requirements and technical specifications.
• Debug, diagnose, and resolve software issues to ensure optimal application performance.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including user manuals and operational procedures.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather and document user requirements for system enhancements and new features.
• Design and implement full-stack applications using industry-standard interoperability protocols and frameworks.
• Contribute to the development and execution of architectural roadmaps that align with strategic business objectives.
• Lead and support application modernisation initiatives, including reducing reliance on legacy systems, modularising architectures, and leveraging Microsoft Azure cloud technologies.
• Provide ongoing support for ERP, CRM, and other core business applications.
• Develop analytical models and reports to support data-driven decision-making.
• Support data warehousing (ETL) processes and analytics platforms for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated, high-quality software solutions.
• Provide input into software design strategies, including financial evaluation and cost estimation for proposed solutions.

What You Will Bring to the Role:

• Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, or equivalent industry experience.
• 2 years’ experience in software development or data analytics
• .NET (C#), React Native, SQL, DAX, Python
• Experience with an IDE (eg VS, VS Code, TimeXtender, Jupyter)
• Experience with ERP, CRM, Contracts and Asset Management system preferred
• Ability to write and maintain technical specification documentation
• Experience with Azure cloud PaaS beneficial
• Team player, and able to work with minimum supervision.
• Analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills
