NDIS Coordinator

What You'll Be Doing:

· Coordinating and overseeing NDIS support services across multiple sites

· Leading and managing large teams to ensure person-centred care

· Ensuring compliance with NDIS guidelines and internal standards

· Building and maintaining strong relationships with participants, families, and stakeholders

· Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and service growth

What We’re Looking For:

· Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar NDIS coordination role

· Proven experience managing large teams in a disability or community services setting

· Strong understanding of the NDIS framework and service delivery standards

· Ability to work autonomously, prioritise tasks and travel to sites across Perth

· Excellent communication, organisational and leadership skills
