This position is ideal for an experienced Manager ready take on a new role with seeking a forward-thinking and established firm.

What You’ll Be Doing

Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, privately owned businesses across various industries and Not For Profit clients.

Managing a team of 5 Accountants and Bookkeepers.

Providing compliance (financial statements, tax returns), advisory and outsourced CFO services.

Serve as a key point of contact for your client portfolio, building strong, lasting relationships and providing practical, value-added solutions.

Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering their professional development and a collaborative team spirit.

Collaborate closely with a supportive leadership team to ensure high-quality client outcomes and contribute to firm-wide initiatives.

What You Bring

A strong background in Business Advisory, Tax and Outsourced CFO ideally within a medium to large sized accounting / professional services firm.

Solid technical skills in accounting principles, tax compliance, and an understanding of business structures.

Experience with managing between 3-5 team members.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.

A proactive and solutions-oriented approach.

An understanding of professional ethical standards.
