About the role

As a Manager at OneFocus, you will play a key strategic role in supporting the growth and success of our thriving professional services organisation. This full-time role is based in our Melbourne CBD office, where you will collaborate closely with the senior leadership team to drive our business objectives.

What you'll be doing

Manage a team of experienced accounting and bookkeeping professionals to deliver outsourced CFO and finance functions for a range of clients, many in the not for profit sector.

Provide insightful analysis and recommendations to help clients achieve their strategic goals

Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative solutions to address client needs

Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within your team

Collaborate with the senior leadership team to shape the overall direction and growth strategy of the business

What we're looking for

8+ years of experience in a senior accounting or advisory role, ideally within a professional services environment

Strong technical expertise in accounting and business advisory, with the ability to translate complex information into practical solutions

Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams

A proven track record of driving business growth and delivering exceptional client outcomes

Strong commercial acumen and the ability to provide strategic insights to support key decision-making

A collaborative and adaptable mindset, with a passion for developing high-performing teams
