We’re seeking an experienced SAP Payroll Consultant with strong analytical and Excel skills to join a high-performing remediation project team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on data accuracy, process improvement, and collaborative problem-solving within complex payroll environments.

About the Role As a Consultant – Payroll Governance, you will:

• Extract and analyse payroll master data using SAP tools such as Spinifex, Ad-hoc Query, and SE16.
• Build, test, and validate payroll remediation models in Excel, including use of advanced formulas and macros.
• Interpret complex Enterprise Agreements and Awards to triage payroll scenarios and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to review findings and support remediation activities.
• Maintain data integrity and uphold governance standards across all remediation phases.

What You’ll Bring

• Strong background in SAP Payroll (SAP ECC preferred).
• Advanced Excel skills, including macros and data modelling experience.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Proven experience interpreting Enterprise Agreements and pay rules.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Full working rights in Australia.
