About the role

We are seeking an experienced Field / Service Technician to join our team at Rear Vision Systems in Lane Cove West, NSW. As a Field / Service Technician, you will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of vehicle camera systems and DVR equipment on a wide range of vehicles including trucks, sweepers and forklifts. This is a full-time role, with the opportunity to work on-site with our customers across the greater Sydney region.

What you'll be doing

Travelling to client sites to install and configure vehicle camera systems

Diagnosing and troubleshooting any technical issues with installed systems

Providing excellent customer service and advice to clients on the use and maintenance of their camera systems

Maintaining accurate installation and service records

Some inhouse work preparing and making up equipment

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Service Technician or similar role, with a strong background in vehicle electronics and camera systems

Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills to quickly identify and resolve technical issues

Strong customer service orientation and the ability to provide clear, friendly advice to clients

A valid driver's licence and willingness to travel to client sites across Sydney

Qualifications in Automotive Electrical, Electronics or a related technical field would be highly regarded

Australian Drivers licence essential, Forklift licence an advantage.
