The Role

To be successful in securing this job you will have recent experience as a Site Manager on a mixture of education, health, industrial, retail, and residential projects worth $10M and above. The role requires a leader who is conversant with building codes, standards, and build methodologies and has a solutions-driven approach, with the initiative to solve problems and manage conflict, and who is driven by project, personal, team, and company success.

Responsibilities

Lead site teams on projects valued between $500K - $20mil.

Ensure all aspects of construction meet quality standards and are completed within time frames and budgets.

Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers, architects, engineers, consultants, and other stakeholders as required.

Manage all aspects of health & safety including risk assessments & method statements.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role within the building & construction industry.

Relevant qualifications such as a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a similar field would be highly regarded.
