The Role

You will work closely with the Project Manager and senior stakeholders, with key responsibilities including:

• Managing resources and coordinating subcontractors on-site.
• Liaising with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Ensuring all work complies with residential building standards, WHS regulations, and site safety requirements.
• Monitoring programs and deadlines to ensure projects are delivered on time and to budget.
• Supporting site staff and fostering a collaborative, team-focused environment.

The Like Mind

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Site Manager who thrives in a collaborative residential construction environment. You will have experience managing medium-density residential projects locally and hold relevant qualifications.
