The Role

We’re looking for a Software Engineer (Growth) to lead the development of our growth engine — the product experiences that drive acquisition, activation, and early retention.

This role sits at the intersection of product, data, and marketing. You’ll work directly with the founder to build, test, and launch experiments that get users from sign-up → activation → paying customer → advocate.

You’ll be hands-on in Node.js and React, and love turning data into scalable growth systems.

What You’ll Do

Build and ship product-led growth features that improve acquisition and activation.

Work with the team to instrument analytics and event tracking across funnels.

Identify friction points in the user journey and solve them fast.

Run and evaluate growth experiments (A/B tests, onboarding tweaks, referral loops).

Collaborate with design, marketing, and product to close the loop between insight and impact.
