Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support a residential property portfolio
• Work closely with senior staff to deliver excellent outcomes
• Build and maintain positive relationships with landlords and tenants
• Provide landlords with updates, feedback, and market advice
• Respond to tenant enquiries professionally and promptly
• Ensure compliance with legislation and company procedures

About You:

• Current Agents Rep (essential)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Previous experience in property management
• Organized, detail-focused, and confident handling multiple tasks
• Excellent communication skills and professional presentation
• Positive, energetic, and proactive approach to your work
• Passionate about delivering excellent customer service
• A team player who thrives in a supportive environment
