Duties:
Phone and Email Communication
Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and professionally
Respond to general email inquiries or forward to appropriate staff
Take accurate messages and ensure timely follow-up
Appointment Scheduling
Book client appointments
Confirm and remind clients of upcoming appointments
Appointment Preparation
Prepare necessary documents or files ahead of client meetings
Ensure meeting rooms are clean and equipped with required materials
Print and organise client intake forms, tax documents, or financial reports
Client Services
Greet clients and visitors in a friendly, professional manner
Answer basic client questions or refer to appropriate staff
Mail and Office Duties
Sort, distribute, and send incoming/outgoing mail and packages
Maintain front desk and reception area organisation
Assist with filing, scanning, and data entry as needed
Payment Handling
Accept and process client payments
Issue receipts and maintain accurate payment records
General Administrative Support
Support accounting staff with basic clerical tasks
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial/client information
Follow office procedures and uphold professional standards
Start Date 17th November 2025.
