About the Role

Lead menu creation and design innovative dishes that align with our brand’s identity.

Find, manage and mentor a team of talented chefs, creating staff culture, ensuring they deliver consistent, high-quality dishes

Develop and implement innovative culinary concepts that align with the hotels brand and vision for kitchen operations of 2 kitchens

Monitor and control food and labour costs to maintain profitability

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years of experience a Head Chef role in high volume, multi-outlet establishment [Experience with Gastropub food preferred but not essential]

Proven track record of building, leading and managing a high-performing kitchen team

Excellent culinary skills, including a deep understanding of various cooking techniques and a passion for using fresh, local ingredients, strong knowledge of meat and seafood.

Creative flair to develop seasonal menus and specials

Strong business acumen, with the ability to manage budgets, control costs, and drive profitability

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with the management team
