Early Childhood Educator – Cert III or Diploma

The Cubbyhouse Preschool and Occasional Care Centre is seeking a warm, enthusiastic, and experienced Certificate III or Diploma educator to join our well-established and supportive team.

We are a community-based, not-for-profit centre with a strong reputation for providing high-quality early education and care in a nurturing environment. With only 33 places, our service values connection, relationships, and a personalised approach to learning.

The role:

Minimum 2 days per week, with potential for additional days

Collaborate with a dedicated team to plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning

Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and the wider community

Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and respectful workplace culture

You will bring:

A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)

A passion for early childhood development and education

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Current WWCC and First Aid/CPR qualifications
