The Opportunity
We are looking for a Senior BIM Modeller to join our growing team in Truganina. This role will focus primarily on electrical modelling, though strong experience in mechanical modelling will also be considered. This position is suited to experienced professionals with the technical expertise to contribute immediately to the successful delivery of major projects.

Key Responsibilities

Develop comprehensive 3D electrical BIM models using Revit or AutoCAD.

Ensure models comply with project specifications, electrical codes, and industry standards.

Collaborate with electrical engineers to model systems including lighting, power, grounding, and communications.

Coordinate with other disciplines to identify and resolve potential clashes.

Generate fabrication and installation drawings from BIM models.

Develop, set up, and maintain BIM families to ensure accuracy and consistency across projects

Support creation of electrical schedules and reports.

Stay current on BIM technologies and best practices.

About You

3–5 years of experience in electrical BIM modelling, ideally on Data Centre or large-scale projects.

Proficiency in Revit or AutoCAD for electrical (or mechanical) modelling.

LOD 500, ACC and Bim360 experience preferred

Strong collaboration and coordination experience with multidisciplinary teams.

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (preferred but not essential).

A proactive problem-solver with strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver under pressure.
