Are you a passionate Dental Hygienist or Oral Health Therapist looking to grow in a supportive, caring and patient-focused environment?

At Element Dental, we're a boutique dental practice located in Erina, just one hour north of Sydney and 10 minutes from the beaches & cafes of Terrigal, Wamberal and Avoca.

We're seeking a friendly, professional and motivated clinician who loves helping patients look and feel their best — and has a strong interest in orthodontics and preventative care (training provided for those without clear aligner experience).

✨ What We Offer

$70/hour + Super (based on experience & days worked)

$5,000 sign-on bonus (after 12 months, min. 3 days/week)

$2,500 annual CPD allowance

Part-time 2-3 days/week, including some Saturdays ($120/hour + Super) with opportunity for more days

💎 About You

Qualified Dental Hygienist or Oral Health Therapist with AHPRA registration

2+ years experience preferred

NSW Radiation Licence (for OPG, BWs, PAs)

Excellent communication skills and professional presentation

A caring personality with a genuine passion for patient wellbeing

Must be Australian citizen or permanent resident (sponsorship is unavailable).
