Smile Team Orthodontics is excited to welcome a Part-Time Oral Health Therapist to our growing team! With established practices across the Illawarra and Southern Highlands, and continued expansion into Sydney, it’s a great time to join a supportive and innovative team passionate about transforming smiles.

This role is primarily based across our Bowral and Shellharbour practices.

We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and genders and are especially interested in individuals who bring energy, care, and a genuine passion for patient wellbeing.

Key Skills & Attributes

Qualified Oral Health Therapist with orthodontic experience

Energetic, upbeat, and confident personality

Passionate about health, wellbeing, and patient care

Comfortable working with patients from diverse backgrounds and cultures

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Team-oriented, proactive, and adaptable

Experience & Qualifications

Qualified Oral Health Therapist

Experience assisting orthodontists with clinical procedures

Valid Australian driver’s licence and reliable transport

Working with Children’s Check (or ability to obtain)

Up-to-date vaccination records

About the Role

You’ll work closely with our orthodontists and patients, supporting clinical procedures and providing outstanding patient care. Our comprehensive on-the-job training will be conducted, ensuring you're well equipped to excel in your exciting new role.

Your primary locations will be Bowral and Shellharbour, with flexibility and travel between sites required.
