💫 About the Role

As part of our close-knit OSHC team, you'll:

Create engaging, child-led programs that reflect children's interests and values.

Build positive, trusting relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

Foster an inclusive environment where every child feels safe, supported, and inspired.

Support the daily operations of the service, ensuring a high standard of care and compliance.

Contribute your ideas and creativity to a service that values innovation and teamwork.

Work both before and after school sessions daily to provide comprehensive OSHC coverage.

🎓 About You

You're someone who values belonging, relationships, and joy in learning. You'll bring:

A genuine love for working with school-aged children.

Minimum Diploma in Children's Services (or equivalent).

Current WWCC, First Aid, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma Management certifications.

Strong communication skills and a proactive, positive attitude.

A commitment to continuous learning and reflective practice.
