🌟 Now Hiring: Experienced Orange Door Practitioners 🌟

We're looking for multiple experienced Orange Door Practitioners to join our team and support sites across Werribee, Sunshine, Epping, Broadmeadows, and Heidelberg from now until the end of the year.

These roles are ideal if you're ready to step in, make an impact, and you are free during the holiday season.

🕒 Hours: 0.8 EFT to Full-Time (contracts around 3 months)
🏠 Work Flexibility: WFH / Hybrid options available
💰 Pay Rate: $63-$72 per hour + super

What We're Looking For

✔️ Minimum 6 months experience working at The Orange Door (mandatory)
✔️ Background in family violence, child wellbeing, or Persons Using Violence (PUV) work
✔️ Sound knowledge of The Orange Door Framework
✔️ Confidence in assessment, safety planning, and referrals
