We're seeking a sharp and capable Lending Associate to join our team. You'll handle everything from credit analysis to loan processing and play a key role in bringing lending strategies to life.

What You'll Do:

Prepare files, conduct servicing and credit research

Assist in product selection, policy matching, and lender pricing

Complete loan submissions, manage credit assessors, follow deals to settlement

Support client reviews, retention, and variations post-settlement

What You'll Need:

2+ years of experience in lending, mortgage broking, or loan processing

High accuracy, technical confidence, and credit understanding

Experience using Mercury Nexus (highly desirable)

Cert IV required; Diploma preferred

Australian citizenship or permanent residency required

Location: Griffith, ACT (on-site)
