Due to an internal promotion we are on the lookout for permanent time Payroll Officer based at our Geraldton Office

Duties and Responsibilities for the role include:

Processing of high-volume payroll functions of 100+ employees across our diverse range of shutdown & projects

Maintain accurate payroll records and employee data, including entering of timesheet and payroll data

Collaborate with all key stakeholders on payroll-related matters resolving payroll queries and discrepancies.

Perform ad hoc duties outside the pay cycle.

Assisting employees with their payroll queries

Point of contact for employee payroll enquiries

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, processing multiple weekly payrolls across the business.

To be considered a suitable candidate you will require

Minimum three years’ prior experience in similar fast-paced role.

Exceptional attention to detail.

Excellent time management and communication skills.

Knowledge in both Reckon Hosted & Time Cloud

Valid Police Clearance.

Roster

This role is flexible with working hours, this has can be Monday to Thursday school hour’s role 8.30 - 3.00 for the right candidate. Or a Monday to Wednesday 8.30 – 4.30
