The Role

This consulting opportunity is ideal for experienced building professionals seeking flexibility and independence. You'll benefit from comprehensive training and continuous support, enabling you to deliver top-tier building inspections and genuine assistance to home buyers, builders and owners.

What We’re Looking For

A passion for customer service

Strong understanding of NCC, BCA however ongoing training offered

Professional appearance and consistent attention to detail

Excellent time management

Clear written and verbal communication

Ability to produce detailed, accurate reports

Self-motivated, physically fit, and reliable

Demonstrated integrity and teamwork

Flexibility to move with the changing demands of a small service oriented business

Essential Criteria

WA Registered Building Practitioner

Minimum 10 years of residential/commercial building experience

Prior building inspection experience is highly regarded

Unrestricted driving license
