About the role

Directly assisting the current Managing Partner (Head Broker) & Credit Analyst to provide outstanding service to all Finance Detective clients.

Taking inbound leads for new & existing clients via phone & email and booking appointments into Head Brokers diary.

Compiling & researching initial data before and after initial client appointment, to enable Head Broker & Credit Analyst to conduct full lending analysis and lending options for the customer.

Following up of client documentation & entering data into CRM system & Apply Online to assist Credit Analyst with speed to lodgement of applications.

Ordering of valuations & pricing as instructed by Head Broker & Credit Analyst

Signing of loan documents with customers

Following application from Formal Approval to Post Settlement

General Client Loan Maintenance as instructed by Head Broker & Credit Analyst

Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements

Skills and experience

A minimum of 2 years existing loan processing experience, and a broad understanding of the lending market.

Experience as a broker's assistant or broker is essential.

Experience in ordering of valuations & pricing essential.

Experience with submitting and tracking loan applications, including client/broker updates.

Proactive approach in negotiating and communicating with lenders, settlement agents and clients in overcoming potential roadblocks.
