About the role:

The Credit Analyst plays a pivotal role in assessing loan viability and working closely with key stakeholders to deliver the best possible outcomes for customers. This is a position for someone who not only understands credit processes but also thrives on helping customers achieve their goals.
We are looking for an individual who is confident talking on the phone, building strong relationships and guiding them through to a successful outcome. The ideal candidate will combine exceptional customer service skills with a strong attention to detail, ensuring all operational protocols and credit procedures are followed with accuracy and care.

Duties:

• Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive and supportive experience
• Assess loan applications in line with company policies and credit procedures
• Conduct thorough employment and rental reference checks.
• Liaise effectively with brokers and customers to manage applications smoothly
• Review and assess credit files, including analysis of bank statements.
• Accurately calculate and verify income, expenses, and overall affordability
• Monitor and follow up on all current applications to ensure timely progression
