About the Role

Be part of the fun and join the Northern Bowl team! Working in a fast-paced, small team environment, you’ll help create “memorabowl” experiences for every guest.

We currently have an opportunity for a Guest Services Team Member (Front of House) to join our team. In this role, you'll:

Greet customers and allocate lanes or play sessions

Process payments and hand out those classic bowling shoes

Answer phone and email enquiries

Assist in our café and general venue operations

This is a casual position offering approximately 12-18 hours per week, including weekend, evening and school holiday shifts.

Skills and Attributes Required

We'd love to hear from you if you:

Have a friendly, positive and enthusiastic attitude

Communicate clearly and confidently with guests and team members

Are reliable and available across weekends and school holidays

Are passionate about creating great customer experiences

Previous experience in hospitality, retail or customer service is highly regarded but not essential - we provide full training.
