  • The residential projects include custom & high-end homes, duplexes, townhouses and apartment developments.

About The Role

  • Leading Hand / Foreman for am $8m-$9m townhouse project in Bexley.
  • Will report into the Site Manager and Project Manager.
  • The position will suit an experienced Leading Hand Carpenter or a Foreman who is looking to gain experience of working on larger scale projects.
  • Salary between $120k and $130k + super.

Duties

  • Site management of trades and staff.
  • Quality assurance.
  • Reading and interpreting plans and drawings.
  • Assist with scheduling trades and material orders.
  • Liaising with project stakeholders.
  • WH&S.

Skills & Experience

  • Relevant building qualifications (Certificate III Carpentry, Certificate IV Building & Construction etc)
  • Experience of residential building projects that ideally include concrete structures.
