Senior Bookkeeper - Flexible, Engaging & Client-Facing Role

We're looking for an experienced Senior Bookkeeper to join a friendly and professional team supporting a broad portfolio of clients - particularly in the medical and professional services sectors.

This is a dynamic role where no two days are the same. You'll work across multiple businesses, providing full-function bookkeeping with a strong focus on quality, accuracy, and client service.

What you'll do:

• Manage end-to-end bookkeeping for a diverse client base
  
• Run payroll, including super and entitlements
  
• Oversee AP, AR, BAS, IAS and monthly reconciliations
  
• Prepare financial and management reports
  
• Liaise confidently with clients and external accountants
  
• Use tools like Xero, MYOB, Excel, and MS Office daily
  

What you bring:

• 4-5+ years' experience in bookkeeping (ideally multi-client or outsourced)
  
• Strong attention to detail and confidence in handling deadlines
  
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
  
• Proficiency in Xero and MYOB
