As a Salesperson at Bike and Brew, you’ll be front and centre in delivering top-tier service, smashing KPIs, and representing iconic brands that customers know and love.

🚀 What You'll Do:

Engage with customers in-store and online to drive sales of motorcycles and power equipment

Achieve and exceed individual and team KPIs

Process sales efficiently using dealership management software

Maintain up-to-date product knowledge across all brands

Create a positive, professional customer experience every time

✅ What You Bring:

Proven sales experience, preferably in automotive, motorcycle, or outdoor power equipment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Confident with computer systems and sales platforms

A passion for motorcycles and the outdoors

A self-motivated attitude and the drive to close deals
