About the role
Act as the key liaison between customers and our service department across two locations in East & South East Brisbane. You'll manage the complete customer journey from initial consultation through to service completion, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction while coordinating with our technical teams.

Role and Responsibilities:

Your duties will include but not be limited to:

• Greet customers and assess vehicle service requirements
• Coordinate service schedules and manage workflow priorities
• Communicate repair progress and provide accurate cost estimates
• Process service documentation, payments and warranty claims
• Upsell additional services based on vehicle condition

Skills & Experience:

To excel in this role, you will need the following:

• 2-3 years service advisor experience in dealership environment
• Strong automotive technical knowledge and customer service skills
• Experience with service management software (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds)
• Excellent communication and time management abilities
• High school qualification minimum, automotive certifications preferred
