Damaska Digital Australia is a Melbourne-based digital agency providing web design, IT support, and marketing services for 300+ Australian businesses, particularly in the healthcare and NDIS sectors.

We’re looking for a motivated Client & IT Support Coordinator to join our Sunshine VIC office. You’ll assist with client communication, small website updates, and basic IT support, while helping the Director manage projects and office operations.

This role is perfect for someone with a background in Business or IT who enjoys both client interaction and hands-on digital work. It’s an entry-level position with full training, a structured career path, and potential for permanent full-time employment after the initial 6-month contract period.

Key Responsibilities

Communicate with clients via email, phone, and WhatsApp using Google Workspace (Gmail & Calendar).

Track and assign technical task through Asana and update client records in HubSpot CRM.

Prepare quotations, invoices, and reports using QuickBooks.

Provide IT support in the office .

Assist in WordPress website updates (content, images, links), training provided.

Support in coordinating digital advertising projects.

Follow up with clients for documents, payments, and feedback.

Maintain project documentation accurately.

Welcome clients visiting the office and offer refreshments during meetings.

Ensure the office runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis.

(All tools and processes will be taught, you just need the right attitude and willingness to learn.)

💡 What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking an organised, articulate, and forward-thinking professional who can represent Damaska Digital with confidence and care. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing client communication with light technical coordination.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to engage professionally with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.

Diploma or Bachelor’s qualification in Business Analysis, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline will be advantageous.

Demonstrated attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency with modern business tools such as Google Workspace, Asana, HubSpot, and QuickBooks, or the ability to quickly learn similar systems.

A self-motivated, dependable, and collaborative mindset, with a genuine commitment to service excellence and continuous improvement.

Professional presentation and a client-focused attitude suitable for an Australian office environment.

(Previous experience in a digital agency or IT support environment will be highly regarded but is not essential.)

🎯 What You’ll Get

$48,000 – $55,000 + Super.

Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM, office-based role in Sunshine VIC.
