About the Role
As our Client Service Coordinator, you’ll be the friendly and reliable point of contact who keeps client relationships strong and operations running smoothly.
You’ll work closely with our CFOs and clients — coordinating meetings, managing communication, and ensuring every interaction reflects the professionalism and care CFO On-Call is known for.
In this role, you’ll also have the opportunity to learn the systems and methodologies our CFOs use to help clients achieve financial success. Over time, you’ll gain deep insight into how our services are delivered — preparing you to support, coach, and guide new CFOs as they join the network.
This is a varied and rewarding role that suits someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys variety, and takes pride in supporting both clients and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for client enquiries, scheduling, and support.
Coordinate new-client onboarding to ensure a seamless start.
Maintain accurate client records, agreements, and data in our CRM system.
Support CFOs with meeting preparation, follow-ups, and project coordination.
Assist with proposals, reports, and client documentation.
Monitor client satisfaction and ensure issues are resolved quickly.
Learn and understand CFO On-Call’s financial management frameworks and client processes.
Collaborate with leadership to improve onboarding, training, and eventually support new CFOs joining the team.
Contribute ideas to enhance internal systems and elevate the overall client experience.
What We’re Looking For
Experience in client service, administration, or account coordination (professional services experience, accounting, banking or bookkeeping highly regarded).
Strong organisational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools.
A proactive, can-do attitude and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
A genuine passion for helping clients and learning new business processes.
Interest in professional development and the potential to guide and support others.
What’s in It for You
Salary: $70,000 – $85,000 + super (based on experience)
Full time position - working from Cheltenham Office in Melbourne
