The Opportunity
We are seeking an analytical and collaborative professional to enable research and evaluation across our Active Transport function.
As a Research and Evaluation Officer, you will play a pivotal role in planning, managing, and delivering projects that inform and enhance active transport through built environment and behaviour change initiatives. You will support data analysis, interpretation and reporting to apply insights to promote DTMI’s priorities of a safer, healthier, and more sustainable transport future for Western Australia.
You will be a critical thinker who manages research and evaluation projects, applies analytic methods, and builds strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders. Your work will directly contribute to the continuous improvement of programs and policies that benefit communities across the State.

There is currently 1 fixed term position available for immediate filling for a period of 12 months, with the possibility of extension(s) or permanency.
The successful applicant or applicants assessed as suitable through this process may receive further offers of employment (fixed term or permanent) in this or similar roles for a period of twelve (12) months from date of first appointment.
