About the Role:

We’re looking for a motivated and reliable team member to join our fast-paced operations office at Flash Couriers Sydney. This role involves answering incoming calls and assisting clients with bookings, tracking deliveries, and coordinating interstate and ad-hoc jobs.

You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring every interaction is professional, friendly, and efficient. You’ll also work closely with our operations team to make sure deliveries run smoothly across Sydney and interstate networks.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer inbound customer calls and emails in a professional and timely manner

Create, amend, and track courier bookings through our dispatch system

Liaise with drivers and clients to ensure on-time collections and deliveries

Handle ad-hoc interstate bookings and follow up on freight tracking updates

Provide accurate information and support to customers regarding services and rates

Assist the operations team with daily dispatch coordination when required

Maintain accurate notes and data entry for all client interactions

Ideal Candidate:

Previous experience in customer service, logistics, or call centre environment preferred

Strong communication and multitasking skills

High attention to detail and ability to stay calm under pressure

Confident using computer systems and multitasking across screens

Reliable, professional, and positive attitude

Hours:

Monday to Friday 10am - 6pm

Starting Date:

Looking to start in either December 2025 or beginning of February 2026
