7+ years of professional painting experience (residential and/or commercial)

Strong knowledge of surface prep, paint types, and application techniques

Apply primers, paints, stains, and finishes to a variety of surfaces

Ability to work independently or as part of a small team

Reliable transportation and valid driver's license

Tape, mask, and protect adjacent areas to ensure clean lines and minimal cleanup

Must hold a valid car licence

Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on ladders, scaffolding, or lifts when needed

Operate painting tools and equipment safely and efficiently (brush, roller, sprayer)

Professional attitude, punctuality, and pride in workmanship

Maintain tools, supplies, and job site organisation

Collaborate with team members and communicate clearly with supervisors and clients

Must be eligible to work in Australia with all work visa types accepted

Preferred Skills
