Key Responsibilities

Surface preparation including abrasive blasting and cleaning

Application of industrial coatings to various surfaces and structures

Mixing and applying paints according to specifications

Inspecting finished work for quality and thickness

Maintaining tools and equipment in good working order

Adhering to all WHS and site safety requirements

Requirements

Proven experience as a Painter Blaster in industrial or marine environments

White Card (Construction Induction)

Confined Space and/or Working at Heights tickets (preferred but not essential)

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Reliable transport and punctual work ethic
