They’re looking for a Junior / Assistant Property Manager to oversee a small portfolio and assist a Senior Property Manager with a blend of office and field duties.

The Role:

• Assist the Senior Property Manager with their portfolio
• Conduct routine inspections
• Lodge and follow-up maintenance work orders
• Conduct entry and exit condition reports
• Application processing
• Open homes and private inspections
• Administration & lease sign-up packs

The Candidate:

• Previous experience in Property Management
• A current QLD Certificate of Registration essential
• Valid drivers license
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Friendly and enthusiastic personality
• Excellent time management skills
