Cornerstone Parking is a rapidly growing Brisbane-based car park operator that's part of a reputable, dynamic property group. We're looking to recruit a casual staff member to work in our Brisbane CBD car parks and our office-based car park control room. The successful applicant will be mature-minded, have great customer service skills and possess the initiative and capability to work unsupervised.

The role:

Answering intercom calls for assistance from our customers

Ensuring our car parks' terms & conditions are adhered to

Reporting incidents and events

Mixture of weekday and weekend work during hours varying between 6am and 8.30pm

Above award pay rates

Brisbane-based location

Background / Experience

Previous car park experience preferred, though not essential

Customer service experience essential

Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate in fluent English

Immaculate personal presentation

Attention to detail

Polite, positive and professional attitude

Ability to work unsupervised and autonomously

Available to work both evenings and weekends
